It might be under new management but the mold is still there, we lived in A101 we were let out of our lease due to mold all in the walls, they then charged me money to repaint over the mold and put my unit right back up. STAY AWAY

Management and maintenance is absolutely unacceptable. We were promised fixed sinks and countertops with a month of us moving here, still hasn't been done (yes I currently live here, in the middle of moving out).
We found a couple bed bugs, with weeks in between each sighting. We notified the owners immediately, and right off the bat before she even sent out an exterminator to investigate, she was blaming us. Telling us we probably picked them up from work ( we both work in restaurants...) The... owner literally, no exaggeration, calledy wife stupid, and kept telling her she doesn't know what we're talking about. So the owner finally has an exterminator (her friend) come look at ONLY our apartment, none of our neighbors! Within minutes he was on there side, saying that he sees no signs of an infestation whocheans they weren't here before we moved in. After we threatened with small claims court, she had her friend come look at our neighbors (which he should have in the first place!) And our upstairs neighbor, not only was entirely infested with bed bugs.. SHE KNEW ABOUT IT AND DID NOT REPORT IT!! After being proven wrong, the owner never apologized for being rude toy wife, and saying we don't know anything. I hope if you took the time to read this, and you still want to move in, MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THEM WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN DURING THE WALKTHROUGH, DOUBLE AMD TRIPLE CHECK EVWRY LITTLE CORNER, MAKE THEM SWEEP BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. and also, make them show you the apartment you will be living in. They have one specific apartment they show everyone, because it's the nicest. By far nicer than all the rest. They showed us the nice one, and moved us into a dumpy one with dead bugs along all the walls. I'd say "you get what you pay for" but we're about to move into a nicer place, for less money. So just keep all this in mind, they are shady and very quick to judge. Most people who live here are trashy and kind of stupid, so that's what they treat you like. Read More
