Worst rental experience I’ve had in 10 years of living in Seattle. Honestly, they feel like a scam. Just like tons of other tenants, I got hit with ridiculous move-out charges — five to six times higher than anything I’ve ever paid at any other place in the city. It all comes down to their leasing management team. Those polished photos might make you smile when you’re apartment hunting, but just wait until move-out time. Property is good, but apartment was not ready by the time we moved-in and it was a pain to get the things ready and working. Staff talks nicely but are not serving the purpose.

Unclean rooms, old outdated smelly gas/ dish washer.
Always visit apartment before booking.
If you signed lease without seeing the apartment, you cannot back out even though apartment is in pathetic condition, which was the case with me.

I dealt with 12 + months of mail theft and just had my garage broken into. No surveillance cameras except for around the business office. Thefts and break-ins nearly every weekend.

I will not advise this society to anyone. Please check the apartment before moving and cleanliness is the last things the management cares about.
We signed the lease but the apartment was in pathetic condition and when we ask for the termination without even moving, they asked for the termination fees. Even though it the management who didn't handle the cleanliness property and its their mistake, they just dont give you an option to walk out without paying hefty fees.
They accept that apartment... has issues, then at least give the tenant the option to decide without forcing them to move in. I never had such issues with any society where they are accepting the mistake still not giving option to the tenant to cancel without paying hefty fees. Read More
