I loved living here! No issues with landlord (private party) or the HOA . I was genuinely surprised by this, because the majority of HOAs are utterly dreadful unless you’re on the board or you happen to be some nosy busybody Karen that goes around snitching on neighbors whose grass is 1” longer than the bylaws allow. My unit was quite well insulated against noise, both from neighboring units, as well as from the nearby street traffic. Utility bills were reasonable, and honestly much less than... I expected. Great neighborhood, decent schools, low property crime.
I loved the fact that Marymoor Park is short walk from the property. They have a HUGE off-leash dog park, along with countless other amenities. Their Summer concert lineup is diverse and always fire.
It certainly doesn’t hurt that there is a fantastic donut shop within walking distance.
My only complaint about the property was that during rush hour, it was quite difficult to make a left hand turn onto Leary Way out of the property. Plan on either sitting there for a WHILE, or learn an alternate route that allows you to exit the complex by turning right, especially durning peak travel times. Read More
