For how many residents living in the complex, maintenance is relatively on point. You do get the Landloard special when you move in and you have to make sure everything’s well inspected, but you’re given easy conveniences like valley service trash and free amenities. Parking is atrocious though

Recently moved into this place and have had several issues within the first month. The existing carpet in every room has several stains, the dishwasher overflows into the sink, and the laundry room doors are coming off the track. The 2nd bedroom door hinges are missing screws, the Bathroom vents are completely clogged and barely circulate air, several light bulbs were burnt out upon move-in, the window covering slats are broken in multiple rooms, and the vent above the stove top barely works.... Makes you wonder what kind of pre-move-in inspection they do to prepare a unit for the new family. The so-called gym/fitness center that’s available is a complete joke and lacks any real equipment that a fitness enthusiast would use. Not to mention, the massive hill on which the complex is situated is a significant deterrent. I’m scared to think about frosty mornings or during snowfall.
The only saving grace of this complex so far is the people who work there; they have all been great so far.
