l love this condo I will probably renew my contract because I feel good here. Just please do the services. I need service on the stove. We have beautiful nature and I enjoy the nature around my house every morning.

Lovely view of the trees and hills and a pretty well maintained apartment. Only dislike is the hill that the entrance is on, it’s pretty steep.

Terrible Experience – Mold and Unresponsive Management

I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience living at Summit. The apartment has a severe mold problem that management refuses to address properly. I conducted tests and provided photos to prove the mold, but they ignored my concerns, putting my family’s health, especially my children’s, at serious risk. Mold exposure is dangerous, and I’m shocked at how negligent they’ve been.

To make matters worse, their staff is incredibly rude. One... employee constantly interrupted me, refusing to listen to my concerns, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I suggested they bring in specialists to confirm the mold, they dismissed me entirely.

I strongly advise against renting here unless you want to deal with health hazards and unprofessional management. I’m currently taking steps to escalate this issue because no one should have to live in such conditions. Stay away!
