    Perfectly Fine until something goes wrong, then problems

    Rented 2 units from here because we like location and space. When we moved, the excess we paid for the rent was "mailed to us" but we have not received it. Mentioned twice and elevated to accounting.

    If you are considering buying your own renter's insurance you're going to have to argue every other month for the first 6 months for them to take off their auto renter insurance fee..

    Hot water boiler goes out at least 3x/year, one or more elevators either locked down or ooo. Maintenance 50/50.
