Neighbors
Have lived here since 1990 and the community is great. Everyone I have run ino who lives here always smiles and says hello. Very good HOA board as well.

Turning into a slum
Lived here two years and this place has taken a real turn for the worst. Suddenly, there are loud parties, rampant theft/package theft, people prying open mailboxes and stealing mail, pool parties with beer and very loud music, people coming in who don't live here to use the pool and hot tub and vandalizing the clubhouse----a total slum. We will be moving soon.
