It's happened on a couple of occasions where maintenance has agreed to be there at a certain day and time and then they don't show up or they've come and I've asked them if they could come back in about 10-15 minutes as I was on the phone and they don't return.

The community is very welcoming and friendly! Most of our neighbors have introduced themselves to us in passing, and everyone seems great! Maintenance has been very fast and accommodating in fulfilling the work orders we have put in. All around a great place to live so far :)

Just moved in a couple days ago. Only problem I see so far is the dumpster areas pretty full of trash.i hope it’s just because of the weekend.
