I am the resident. The property is old and leaking problem is inevitable. I experience the water pouring from ceiling on and off for three days. I kept reporting the problem and can only leave the message on the weekend and in the midnight. No maintenance guy came and I feel so hopeless on the weekned NOW!!!

The knolls is in the perfect location and the amenities are amazing, it’s got great Mountain View’s and a really engaging staff.
