RUN AWAY - DONT MOVE HERE!
If I could give less than zero starts, I would. Will update this post soon, but PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT DO IT - you will regret it. I've kept a paper trail, screenshots, and photos to back up my statements. PLEASE RENT ELSEWHERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've given these folks chances to try to meet in the middle, and I've only been here 3 months. HORRIBLE and I wish I would've gone elsewhere. I promise you, you will REGRET moving here, or any other property managed by these folks. I really... tried to play nice and AVOID this or any negativity, but they do not care about their residents at all. Again, I will upload a timeline of what has happened in just the 3 months that I have been here, BUT DO NOT DO IT. My heat HAS Not worked since I moved in, and I've been BEGGING for it to be fixed - isn't that crazy? One of the guys (AB) had the nerve to tell me "Well its summertime now" LOL AAAAAND? My heat should always work. SO inconsiderate. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and trust the other reviews you see about them.

Bugs!
BUGS! We have had bugs in our apartment for more than 12 months now. We finally had to move out when one landed in my wife's hair. The apartment manager said silver fish were not harmful so there was nothing they could do. We had to pay two months rent and moving expenses without any flexibility by the apartment managing company.
Do not rent here! They have bugs living in the ceiling and they fall out of the light fixtures even in the kitchen. Can you imaging silver fish in your dinner? I can... after this.
They also had the exterior rotting near the balcony, which never made us fee safe, and the "hot tub" only worked for two months out of the nearly two years we were there. We were only a couple of months from the end of our lease.
We were also assaulted by a man with a sword who was arrested. It is not a very safe neighborhood and had to walk our dog together because we did not feel safe walking outside. We ran into people overdosed on drugs sleeping in the doorway, gang activity is right outside the front door and the sirens going off every night got old after a while.
Oh yeah, and there is a rooster (an actual rooster) living less than two blocks away, so good luck sleeping in on weekends, not going to happen without earplugs.
