Poor Customer Service

I messaged this property through apartments.com to inquire about availability, cost, and amenities. I received no response for about a week and then received a text message on a Saturday that I had been scheduled for a viewing of one of their apartments the very next day. I found this extremely rude as no one had responded to my inquiry and I was never coordinated with to schedule a time (I even checked my junk mail to make sure I hadn't missed a response from them). To add to the irritation I... work weekends so there was no way to communicate to reschedule as the text message came from an automated system.

Unless you're desperate for a place to live I wouldn't recommend this place. Can't imagine what their customer service and response to maintenance requests are like if this is how they handle interested customers.
