The Wayne Apartments

The Wayne Apartments are a wonderful place to call home. Very clean, wonderful staff and friendly residents. I don’t have one negative thing to say. I love going home every day after work.

My opinion: This complex is toxic "rich dad, poor everyone else" to the extreme. Poorly designed, built, maintained and managed. Apartment design is a shoebox with the narrow side facing out - so no light or airflow. No internal insulation so heat and noise from neighbors is nonstop - I swear my upstairs neighbors are awake 24x7 and only walk by stomping in lead boots. The gym is supposed to be 18 only but it is commonly used as a babysitting area. The garage door and elevator have broken... or needed maintenance outages every few months I've been here. Read More

My wife and I have resided in The Wayne for the past 9 months and have found it to be a very comfortable place in which to reside. The Property Manager Nancy, is a very responsible, caring, and affable Property Manager! Nancy, insures that residents are protected during their residency and too, she manages the fact that the apt premises is clean, grounds are well maintained and she manages the property in a manner where there are absolutely no biases. For the most part residents follow the... rules and get along (that's a plus) so there are no unruly rude obstinate behavior among residents. Btw, such quality awareness (by Nancy) certainly reflect the Property Manager's ability to have the consciousness of being able to select quality residents for building a safe and amiable community. Maintenance (Chad), has been very responsive towards providing prompt services when required in an expeditious manner. Maintenance is friendly while also being willing to go the extra mile to provide high quality services! On behalf of my family, we consider The Wayne as a 5 star residence for tenants and we appreciate and are honored to being a part of The Wayne community!

Nancy will give you 2 weeks max to move in. After I moved in, at least two different people above me and below my floor said that Nancy the property manager told them they got the last unit available. She would say she can only hold it for two weeks before she gives it to other people on the “waiting list”. Not just to me, but to almost everyone here. So if you’re looking for a future apartment, this isn’t the place. It’s immediate move in only.

Parking is very limited. There’s not enough for... everyone in apartments and they do not offer additional parking elsewhere. The fee garage parking is tight and many cars get scratched due to this.
