Amazing Place To Live

The Tides are beautiful, strategically located on the Columbia River, peaceful and quiet.

They also have community events where we all get together and meet our neighbors. The next event is a potluck and I am so looking forward to it.

This is not just a place to live, it is a community.

Secluded Yet Convenient!

This community is beautifully located on the Columbia River! Great views in a secluded yet convenient area in Richland, WA. Katelyn is great! So helpful and friendly! You won’t regret your experience!

The BEST in Richland!! Check these out first!

First of all, the bad reviews aren’t accurate. They must of got confused with the apartments down the street. This is by far the newest and BEST apartments in Richland. The manager Chrysta is AMAZING and went above and beyond to accommodate my sons requests while moving due to transferring colleges. She helped make the process so smooth. The apartments are also very comfy and cozy inside with all the new modern features. What a great location close to the river and a very safe and quiet area.… Everyone I talk to loves living here and everyone is friendly. Easy access to the bypass highway and main road gway through Richland. Come here first and live at the best! Don’t waste your time at any of the others. You won’t be disappointed! :)

Home

Built in 2021, living here 2 years. I enjoy calling,
'The tides at willow pointe " my home. It's very
secure and quiet, safe and manicured area. The
apartments are cute and spacious with nice
inishes. We have garages available although,I
don't have a need for one with the extra
storage space off my balcony. Management
and maintenance is pretty amazing here! Our
amenities are a nice plus as well.
Pool, gym, pet washing station, secured
packages delivery room, common area,
monthly wine gatherings… , paddle board, kayaks
and bikes for residential use. Lets not forget
being right next to the Columbia River and
River walk trail!
