This place is scary…

I am unfortunately having to move into this location after coming from out of state and not being able to get my eyes on the facility but going off old reviews etc. I pulled in today to find the building is falling apart and they have graffiti along the apartment walls. They have old fridges out on the property and everything is just broken down. The vehicles in the lot are all damaged and I generally feel unsafe and will be asking the costs to terminate the lease early because I cannot in good… faith recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a family. The outside is extremely decrepit and I cannot imagine the inside.

Hidden Gem!!

These newly upgraded apartments are beautiful! You can either have a view of the airport or a view of Mount Raineer!!

Gem!

Ive lived here for about 4 months now, and I love it! The staff is friendly and responsive, the facilities are well kept, and its a nice quiet place to live. My patio offers a view of Mt.Rainier which is AWESOME. This place is an absolute diamond in the rough. We love it here. (And its inexpensive with a dope pool!)

Fact

Hell on earth with sum of zero mgmts. No parking , dirty compound ,no security,but a lot of paper works on your door. You will be sorry if you move here. ?????
