Terrible management! Building up keep is horrible! Mold in bathrooms...

Since Felicia took over as manager things have gotten so my h better. She has started a lunch program for the kids. Then she is starting a few programs aimed directly for the children like movies in the courtyard
I am extremely thankful for all the hard work she has done in the short time shed taken over as manager. Felicia you are truly appreciated.

Ever since the new manager came the property has really cleaned up! The new manager actually comes out of the office and will physically pick up garbage or pressure wash the property. The new manager is really nice and helpful and accommodating. I have to disagree with the last review, they are probably mad because they weren't following the rules and got called out on it. The new apartment manager is very rude and is very disrespectful. She writes letter/correspondent for the residents of Silver Ridge with a threat. She is not approachable like Monica. It is really hard to get hold of her. She is always not in the office and the office door is always closed. Even if there is a note on the door that it's open, she is not physically inside the office. A lot of residents are already complaining about her attitude.
