Also, wanted to point out Seattle is hosting FIFA World Cup starting in June 2026! Seattle has the biggest soccer fanbase in the Country. You don't need to love soccer, the city will be festive. And you just might become a lover of the game. Just a side note.
Also, I didn't mention how close the condo is to Lake Washington(10 min) drive, Golden Gardens beach (15 min drive, traffic depending). Hiking, skiing are day trips. We have 3 ski resorts 1-3 hours drive. Seattle is one of the most beautiful places. The San Juan Island are also something special you'll need to experience.
