This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Guest access is granted via a smart lock. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home.
