There is construction happening in the lot behind the home which may impact noise at the house and in the area. Construction noise is likely at this home as long as construction continues. The property operates as a smoke-free environment for the comfort of all guests. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. No parties or events are allowed, and any violation will incur a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged depending on the size of the home. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and incur a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. The number of guests must match your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.
