The nightlife in Belltown is indeed booming, so keep that in mind when booking. Smoking inside the home is prohibited and any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. No parties or events are allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 will be charged. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be applied depending on the size of the home.
