Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony; smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only, and violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours. No loud parties or events are allowed. Excessive noise complaints may result in a warning, followed by a $150 fine for each subsequent violation. Guests are responsible for any damages to the apartment or missing items during their stay. If the fob/key combo is not placed in the lock box during check out, that will be an additional $100. Any lost key or fob/key combo will result in an additional $120 fee.
