This townhome is not handicap friendly and requires comfort with stairs due to its multiple stories. The second-floor bedroom does not have air conditioning, but it usually remains cool. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm-8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and there is a $500 fine per violation. Guest access is granted via a smart lock.
