DO NOT MOVE HERE
By far one of the worst places I've ever lived. Incredibly loud, as it's on Rainier and because the walls/cielings/floors are so thin you can hear everything. Roaches. Awful customer service- was told we would get screens on our windows in the spring and now they "don't have it in the budget". Mailbox was destroyed and it took almost two months to get replaced. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
