Situated in this beautiful neighborhood, our home is ideal for a getaway with your large family. Enjoy the convenience of free parking if you arrive by car, ensuring a hassle-free stay. For those seeking easy access to local attractions, an Uber ride to downtown or nearby points of interest is just a tap away. Explore the nearby parks, including the popular Green Lake Park with its large grassy field, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground for children. Nature lovers can also discover Woodland Park Zoo and Ravenna Park in the vicinity. Indulge in the vibrant dining and shopping scene of the Green Lake neighborhood, filled with local boutiques, restaurants, cafes, bars, and breweries. The internal staircase in the home has steep and narrow steps leading from the main floor to the lower level. The staircase has a full rail on one side but is open without a railing on the other side. Please supervise children at all times on the staircase and utilize the handrail. The ceiling in the lower level of the home is low and there is a beam that protrudes down, making it even lower in some areas. Use caution to not bump your head on the beams in the primary suite. Essential amenities are not unlimited or refillable throughout the stay. No pets are allowed at the property. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. Outdoor quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved by the host. Late check-outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. Extra guests will incur a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.
The designated office space on the lower level will satisfy all your work-from-home needs with a workspace that includes a desk, chair, and monitor. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
