* Last month's rent and utilities, and $500 refundable security deposit can be prorated over 6 monthly installments per provisions of SMC 7.24
* Pet fee is non-refundable $300 and $25/month One pet permitted. Pet must weight less than 35 pounds. Can be prorated over 3 monthly installments per provisions of SMC 7.24.
* Per month utility charges are $200 for one occupant, each additional occupant will be charged $25/month (for example, $225 for two occupants)
* Credit score 700 or greater
* Monthly income(s) to be 3.5x monthly rent ($92,400 based on 2 people) with good rental and work history. All income sources are considered. Recent pay stub with history of steady employment required. Self-employment applicants please provide bank statements for the past 3 months and tax returns for last two years. Co-signers not accepted
* Debt to rent ratio no greater than 40%
* Renter's Insurance at $100,000 or more with property manager listed as "additional interest"
* Seattle specific application, screening and rental lease used. Reusable/portable screening reports not accepted. Information provided upon request prior to viewing if you like.
* NON SMOKING UNIT. No candles or incense burning.
* Applicant(s) will have 48 hours to accept once the screening process is completed and offered
