Direct access to the fully fenced backyard from the spacious interior heightens the lovely ambiance, while ample natural light streams in through expansive windows creates a splendid environment during your entire stay. The apartment also features Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Parking is available on the street and perpendicular to the driveway. Garage parking and parking in front of the garage are not available.

Pets are not allowed and anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, guests are required to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games) from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests may be refused and the stay may be terminated if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.
