Early check-ins are not guaranteed and incur a fee of $25 per hour. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge for the next night’s stay. Maintenance issues will be addressed promptly, with emergency issues prioritized. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the home is left in an unreasonable state. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies for any smoke debris or smell identified. There is a $50 fine per guest in excess of the reserved number.
