No High Speed Internet
Non-responsive management to give us access to the renters concierge app that allows us to connect to our high speed internet account. Daily calls and emails with no follow up. Empty promises. Short staff/ new management. No one seems to know anything or how to follow thru to resolve this. Going on 3/4 weeks with NO access to our hi speed account. Can never get 'through' to the magical person who has access to this. Very responsive when they want $$$, non responsive when you need support or… services you're paying for.
