Beware!!
I was a resident at Stockbridge Apartments, managed by Arboreal Property Management, and my experience was very disappointing.
Over the several weeks leading up to my departure, I reported multiple unsafe and unsanitary conditions around the property, including trash buildup and broken glass at the building’s back doorway, which directly affected resident safety. I also expressed concerns about the growing homeless presence near the property. Despite sending several emails to both the on-site... manager and management office, none of my concerns were acknowledged or addressed.
When I asked about these issues and how they related to the lease’s maintenance section, management stated that these hazards did not fall under their responsibility. I ultimately decided to give notice to vacate because I no longer felt safe or supported as a resident.
It was unfortunate, but I believed that poor communication and a lack of responsiveness from management had caused residents to lose confidence in the property and ultimately leave the building.
