Ballard Public Lofts and Market is an amazing place to call home. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are great to come home to. The location is very upbeat, in a lively part of town and enjoyable to walk near. The grounds and building are well kept and maintenance needs are addressed right away. The community is generally very welcoming and close knit. It is truly a wonderful place to call home.

Ballard Public Lofts is a stunning complex with gorgeous apartments and views. I've toured a ton of apartments before finding Ballard Public and they all felt cookie cutter (no personality) - Ballard Public has beautiful finishes and great layouts. It's the first time in a while that I don't feel like I have to paint the walls or put up wallpaper to put some personality into my home. And the rooftop view is ridiculous - easily one of the best rooftop views I've seen of the tours I've taken this... year.

Overall, it feels very peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and the leasing/property managers are amazing. So far, the building seems secure. I wake up every morning to birds singing, a lovely view, and a sense of peace.

Ballard Public Lofts is a remarkable neighborhood landmark, combining community with local access. The residences are well-appointed in a lasting and durable contemporary modern style. Garden and roof-top amenities (with a 360 city-Olympics view!) are great!

This is a phenomenal building--one of the best in the Ballard area. The lofts are dreamy and the big windows provide a lot of light even on cloudy days. Management has taken care of any issues that arose promptly and it's a great community of people.
