The heating never worked, the staff won’t respond to your messages, blood in the floor, cold water in winter days. Just inhumane. Worst experience ever.

The location is pretty nice, but overall wouldn’t recommend at all. I’ve been living here for almost two years and package’s keep getting stolen, and have seen people sleep in the hallways. Weird smell too.

Common areas are not regularly vacuumed and smell like strong carpet cleaners. The carpets in the hallways are badly in need of replacement. My rent was raised twice in a year! There is only one electrical outlet in the living room. Summer heat is unbearable inside the small units and they charge $80/mo for “common” utilities plus your individual unit’s utilities!

We are very sorry to hear about your experience at our building. We work hard everyday to keep the almost 100 year old building in the best shape it can be. We also do our best to fairly charge for the utilities, which are very similar to... other apartments in the area. The utility charges are for more than just common utilities and are primarily based on personal usage of water, sewer and garbage. In fact, only a very small percentage is charged for the common electricity used in the laundry rooms as well as the water heating from the commonly shared boiler due to the age of the building.
