How Is This Rating Determined?

No package deliveries here + poorly maintained structural parts

Pros:
- One of the cheapest places to rent in a decent location neighborhood of Capital Hill.
- Washer and Dryer on sight and use a convenient app. Also, it is generally affordable.
A mini fridge is included in the unit, and a microwave

Cons:
- Small studio spaces, some with no closet or bathroom sinks.
- My unit had gum stuck to the floor upon moving in
- neighbors leave trash anywhere and everywhere, often tossing it in front of the garbage can when full, creating a walking obstruction and a...
nasty scene.
- Packages outside of USPS deliveries are left outside the buildings and are often stolen, I've had multiple Amazon packages go missing if delivered while I was away. This is because only USPS workers have key access to the mailroom.
- Keys to doors can get stuck or not work
- My windowsill was incorrectly installed, as well as my toilet paper holder. I asked for both to be fixed and they never were. Management doesn't ensure that unit maintenance is done correctly.
