I lived here for some time, and found that the management is very responsive. If something in the apartment got broken, someone would address the service request very quickly. Rent payment via the portal was seamless. Also during move out, Charlotte helped me print labels/coordinate with the USPS, so having delivery come to the apartment to pick up boxes was a GAME CHANGER. If I were to live in Seattle again, there is no better building I would live in. Finally, the staff even helped me with a... reference letter for my next building. I have never experienced such a nice, helpful staff. I have now moved, and definitely just miss my amazing apartment (with views of Elliott Bay and the Needle) and the staff. I have lived here since June, while I love the front office staff, the apartment company is awful and truly do not care for its residents. Since living here, we have not had all three elevators working at the same time. In fact for the last two plus weeks only one elevator has been operating for all 26 floors of the apartment. We have been told it will be at least another week until one of the other two will be potentially fixed. Additionally, the garage door has never worked, and apartment... security has been very touch and go. There has been a car stolen in the parking garage, multiple bike stolen in the bike locker and drug use directly out the front entry. Friendly and professional staff, clean and secure building with great views. Rooftop lounge was amazing. Shout out to Mike, Charlotte, and Gloria for the amazing experience.

This building has some of the best views in Seattle both from the apartments and from the rooftop. The staff are top notch here, especially Charlotte. They made move in easy and continue to be great with updating residents if there’s going to be noise in a specific area of the building. The gym here is small but one of the higher quality apartment gyms I’ve seen and it’s open 24 hrs. Location is great, right near all the restaurants and bars I like. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Trust me, I’m not the only one who says that it is not worth living here due to poor management
