Slow response to Urgent maintenance We submitted an "urgent" maintenance ticket on Sunday evening. We hadn't heard anything by Monday afternoon as to it's resolution. We had to stop by leasing office after work at 4:30 to ask about it and then they said they would send someone up. 
Once someone eventually came, the issue was resolved, but it took an extra day because of the delayed initial engagement.
