Great management, well-priced and nicely kept units
My unit had a huge balcony with a flower box, full sized in unit washer/dryer, nice hardwood floors and up to date kitchen appliances. Really quiet in the building but the neighbors are friendly! The leasing agent (or property manager? idk) lives in the building and is a super chill person. The head of maintenance is also super kind and timely. I would always stop to talk to either of them. Well-lit underground garage. Everything is reasonably priced - no insane hikes in rent when renewing... . Elevators and callbox work great. Expect a little bit of commotion from Safeway / Ozzie's, but really nothing crazy and the convenience is worth it. Only moved to get some extra space to accommodate my work from home set up and pets. Would 100% move back in the future.

Great place in Lower Queen Anne
Cute and clean apartment space with underground parking in lower Queen Anne. Great access to Safeway and other grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Good apartment layout and good neighbors.
