Consider looking elsewhere

We liked the size and layout of our unit (a two bedroom) for the most part and the location cannot be beat. The management also seemed to make a lot of COVID hardship accommodations and give people with financial difficulty some options. Other than that, not much good to say. The unit which faced Stone Way was incredibly loud as were the noises between units. The building material did not block or absorb any noises whatsoever. The building is clean and amenities up to date but, not luxury, so it... made no sense that dogs weren’t allowed. Management would take days to respond to emails if at all and the place was constantly being broken into.

Loud apartments and bad management

I've lived in Howard Park apartments for awhile now and can't wait to get out. The most horrible part is there are wood floors throughout all the units so unless you're on the top floor it is extremely loud. Additionally, the building has been broken into countless times with packages stolen. The management does not seem to care nor do they come up with alternative solutions to help prevent the break ins. Finally, it's really hard to get an email response from management. Not happy here at all,... can't wait to move.
There's also a homeless man who lives outside the building who is constantly yelling and singing. He has woken us up numerous times and makes it hard to sit in my apartment and read or do a quiet activity because I can just hear his screams.
