Moldy building, leaky ceilings, pipes breaking and flooding other apartments. 5 sets of managers in 3 years. Promises of refund and no action rude communication. No one is held accountable. Poorly maintained units. Dirty shared kitchen garbage and recycle often not picked up so drivers can collect it. Lighting outside never fixed. call box installed but never made to work, Rent goes up and no care that there are no amenities. It took years to replace dirty damaged hall carpets very musty smell... in first floor.Garage break ins, homeless allowed to start fire in garage, Deliveries often left at office with no way to redeem after hours. Run do not walk this place has nothing to offer.

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE
After living here for 2 months now I greatly regret my decision to move in. After merely 2 months I hear loud music, theft all the time, vandalism of my car, theft of my bike, and more. DONT MOVE HERE FOR GOD SAKE

Do Not Live Here
I lived here for two years and these are my pros and cons.
Pro: - It’s close to campus - Maintenance completes work orders quickly
Cons: - Horrible management that will not answer any of your calls, be in the office, or answer emails (unless it is a situation they may be liable for). - My apartment flooded due to heavy rainfall and lack of proper drainage on the patio. Ultimately, resulted in the apartment management allowing contractors to enter our apartment without our notice days... later to pick up the equipment they had dropped off. - “Secure” parking garage that frequently gets broken into, resulting in cars getting windows busted. When contacting the police about it, they said that they knew exactly which apartment we were at due to the high volume of calls they receive from residents reporting their car break ins. - Rent is extremely high for what you are getting - Spiders everywhere... garage, hallways, entrances, in the apartment itself. - Constant noise from neighbors and renovators 24/7

Terrible management staff - stay away
The management staff is rude, arrogant and incompetent. It is very frustrating working with them. Stay away from these folks if you can help it.

Had a wonderful 2 years living here!
I loved the layout & location of my apartment when I lived at Ivy Ridge-- I lived in two different units and enjoyed them both so much. Work orders were super easy to put in, and maintenance was always so fast and nice. Adonis and the new management has been handling things extremely well and quickly resolved a balance issue with me. I can definitely see a huge improvement!
