It’s hard to resist the charm of this place, the landscaping and the dock!!! But the place is in rapid decline. Units needing to be emergency evacuated because of slumping structural issues, the dock becoming more and more dangerous by the day, mold, plumbing issues and management and owners who don’t care. It’s easy to overlook a lot of things when the water is right there. But look closely at construction, how well things are maintained, how much noise insulation there might be, and who some of your neighbors are before you commit. And then don’t say you weren’t warned when you chose to move in anyway.

From the pictures the grounds are charming and beautiful, and up close they are, but the apartments are old, not updated and the owners of the property don't care at all. I lived there for a year. The hot water and water pressure are terrible. I put in countless maintenance
requests that were never taken care of. Windows that didn't close, door knob broken, apartment wasn't cleaned prior to moving in. New managers started about 6 months after I moved in and they were awesome. They tried to... address my issues and have them fixed but there were issues with the owners who would not pay to have anything taken care of. A big feature of the apartments is the deck on the water which is basically a safety hazard. When you walk on it the planks sink and a few were broken. Again, an issue the managers tried to address but the owners wouldn't spend the money. For the price, move somewhere more updated and professional. Read More
