Roaches

I don't live here but I recently stayed for 2 weeks to take care of my friends plants while he is out of town. First of all it is in a great location in Ballard. The building itself is not clean. Plus even though my friend is very clean I woke up to find cockroaches in the kitchen. He contacted the building manager and management company several times. No response at all. I think this is something that should be dealt with urgently especially since it probably means others in the building have... them. It's a health hazard. I don't understand how management firms, and the people that work for them, that act this way can ever think of themselves as kind and caring.
