Leeward

Leeward has been a great place to live. My wife, our dogs, and I moved in about 10 months ago, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The property is consistently clean, and the units are fairly spacious, especially for Seattle. The staff has also been great and consistently helpful to us. Location-wise, getting around the city is convenient, and we’ve had plenty of accessible space inside the apartment without feeling cramped with a Husky. Living at Leeward has been the best experience. When I first started apartment hunting, the search felt overwhelming and disappointing. So many places downtown left me let down, but Leeward stood out immediately with its friendly staff and amazing amenities. We love the balance it strikes, offering stunning views of the city without putting us right in the middle of all the downtown craziness, and the fact that it's so pet-friendly made a huge difference for us. I’ve lived at Leeward for about 8 months and have really enjoyed it. The gym is excellent with plenty of equipment, and the arcade games in the lounge are a fun bonus. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, parks, and everything I need nearby. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

Great apartments in a well run, amenity rich residential community. The crack management team of Naomi, Sal and the entire team make the living experience so much better. The entire management and leasing team is very responsive and professional. Very well located in South Lake Union, I can’t recommend Leeward enough. We have lived here for 5 years and look forward to living here for another 5 (or more).

I toured with Dallis and she did such a great job at explaining the whole leasing process. She also did a very thorough job showing me all the amenities. And naomi, sal, kevin, josiah have been super helpful in making the move to leeward easy. Great place with great amenities and lake views.
