Expensive for what it is

This building has a good location and that is the only thing it has going for it. The lobby, floors, windows are hardly ever cleaned. They bait potential renters with "weeks free" and then get all of that money back in rent hikes, which are incurred every year. A very loud jack hammer is going on right now on the weekend and with no notice to tenants. I would NOT recommend this place.

Mold, mold, mold

I ended my lease early due to a black mold problem. this was because I was in a basement unit and there was construction going on. Had to throw away a mattress, shoes, pictures, suitcases, you name it. was not reimbursed for these and not even offered it.

dont rent from these people. they wont do the right thing

Minor Tower - Pretty Good.

Minor Tower. Expensive, but mostly worth it. During my stay the construction distracted from the otherwise ideal neighborhood. Now, it's the perfect building for a hip tenant who's looking for a calm and sleek apartment with new appliances and an attractive roof hangout with a perfect view of the 4th's fireworks. It's cheaper than most apartments in the area, but it's not sacrificing much for the price. There's no flashy extras, but it's management is good and helpful.
