How Is This Rating Determined?

Monicas village

I like that we have a courtyard for the children to securely play in. The ventilated air that is eco friendly is a nice perk. I don't like that they are renting the roof out to companies to put towers up there makes me fearful of the unknown risk health wise. There are mainly people of color not very diverse. Management is mediocre at handling issues but sometimes are very helpful and polite.
