Montridge Arms Apartments

The landlord had neglected to give us our contract for the past three months since we moved in. It is quiet and we are fortunate to have new countertops in the bathroom and kitchen. The rooms have also been freshly painted and there is new carpeting. However I cannot praise the rest of the building. There is very little security. A package has been stolen because FedEx cannot leave packages at my apartment door. On another good note, it is mostly quiet, unless our neighbors begin fighting or... have loud music on every now and then. Ultimately it’s not the worst place.
