theft is rampant and unsanitary trashrooms
Too much theft and break ins happening and not being disclosed to residents for safety. Several packages of mine were stolen, and they won't even investigate. Property manager just said to tell amazon that package was stolen. They don't care at all.
Trash rooms are filled with trash and very unsanitary. Garage parking is too expensive for the area it's in. 150-250 is the price range for cap hill area, this is central district/little Saigon area and garage parking is 250.
Property manager... isn't consistent very rude and not helpful.
Amenities are not kept up, and theft and break-ins are rampant. Not safe.
