This 70 unit apartment complex has all your basic needs for your first to all the to your 35th apartment; from a in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, to your very own balcony with a medium sized… storage unit as well, North Park Villa Apartments has all your essential needs covered.

Consider the location: Located on the corner of Aurora and 115th, this building is a great area. The Washelli Cemetery is across the street and is a quiet and a very pleasant place to walk. There is a hospital, grocery store, and a community college very close near by.

The E line is a direct bus line to downtown Seattle arrives every 15 minutes and will get you downtown within 20 minutes.

Support animals are welcome with documentation at North Park Villa, but sadly, no cats or dogs are welcome unless they have support animal documentation.

North Park Villa – Application Check List

In order to guarantee that you reserve the apartment you would like to
apply for please provide all of the following information from the check list
below.

In an envelope, please provide the following –

? Fully complete the application.
? Provide a copy of your identification (driver’s license) and your social
security card.
? A $35.00 money order per application.
(Two (2) applications = $70.00, Three (3) application = $105.00)
? A $150.00 admin fee money order.
(100% refundable if the application is denied)
? 3 months’ worth of paycheck stubs.
(Income requirement is: 3x rent)

You can call to make an appointment to drop off the application or place in
an envelope and place in our drop box or you can email it to me.
