North Vista Apartments

Biggest pluses are location and management. Right next to Thorton area which means a great mall (without the feeling of annoying traffic/crowds), plenty of grocery store options, restaurants, coffee chops,etc. This is all within walking distance. And even if it wasn't, there's a bus transit area two blocks down with buses that lead all over the city. There's also a health clinic and medical center. And a movie theater. Really fantastic location.
The management is great. Timely and always... available. She works with you and is always understanding. When something on the property needs attention, they're fixing it fast and without needing to bug them about it.
The apartments themselves are a bargain. Most have balconies and since I'm at bottom floor, I have a big back porch to work with. Neighbors aren't annoying, but mostly quiet and keep to themselves.
Apartments feature a good amount of storage space, a decent sized closet in the bedroom as well as one in the hall, as a well as a wide open living room. Kitchen is on the smaller size but makes good use of the space. Overall would rate the apartment at a 8.5/10. Read More
