Terrible

Don’t move here. The building has bedbugs and management is not helpful. All of my nice high end clothing from online boutiques are either in trash bags to be sanitized or had to be thrown away. I was happily going to live here for a 3rd year until this devastating experience occurred. I also thought so highly of the landlord, Eric, until this all took place. I truly wouldn’t wish this situation on anyone. Queen Anne is a lovely neighborhood and I advise anyone wanting to live in this location… to look elsewhere in the neighborhood.

Queen Anne Court Apartments

I spent 6 months living at Queen Anne Court. This was my first apartment in Seattle and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Eric, the landlord, maintains the building very well. He is really responsive to any sort of requests or repairs in the building. The entry way is always clean and well maintained. Eric was kind enough to work with me on my move out process and was flexible with any of my requests. I have never had a landlord that is as genuinely kind as this guy, and this was my… fifth apartment. I moved in with a friend, otherwise I would have stayed at QAC. The laundry room was always clean and the washer/dryers worked great. I was concerned with only having two washers and two dryers at first, but in my entire time at the complex I only had to wait on someone else's laundry once. The building is quiet and so are the tenants. Overall, the area is quiet and convenient. Street parking is easy, but I spent the majority of my time living here without a car. Bus routes are super close by. Everything you could need is within walking distance or a short bus ride. This was a fantastic apartment to call home. I highly recommend this apartment!!!

The Emerald in Queen Anne

I have lived here for little over a year now and have no intentions of moving anytime soon. The Neighborhood offers safety and convenience with several stores and up scale eateries, less than a block away. The units are spacious with old time charm and gorgeous crown modeling. With a great price point and utilities included, how could you not fall in love with this historic gem; just a stone throw away from Kerry park and a quick bus ride to downtown. Making this the ideal headquarters to… explore Seattle from Ballard to Belltown and beyond.
