Building is falling apart and prices are going up

Since the new owners have taken over 2 years ago they have
-Raised rent twice
-Let 1/2 of the laundry room completely break down
-Neglect the plumbing until the remaining laundry room floods and causes water damage
-Sold off both the visitor parking spots for additional rent (leaving 0 visitor parking)
-Will only vacuum or mop when multiple tenants complain about the filth
-Only respond to health and safety violations when complaints are maid to the county
-Ignore and ghost tenants complaints...
-Let both entrances break down and be only half fixed
-Failed to do even minimal pest control.

Avoid at all cost, if you can afford to live elsewhere, live elsewhere. The Landlords are beyond awful.
