Benisha is always helpful and responds quickly if there is an issue, and the location is perfect if you work in Seattle. Great view from the roof. Street parking is surprisingly not a problem, and there is a streetcar station right outside that can take you downtown or to Capitol Hill. Cozy units for a price that’s hard to beat.

Living here August to November for the 3rd time, my wife's work brings us here every year for a few months. Never had any issues, units are small but the pricing is the best you will find around. Benisha the community manager is always helpful and made move in effortless. On site laundry and proximity to everything make this place a great value. Great rooftop views and grill!
