No leasing office and lots of homeless
Tried to get an appointment with leasing in hopes to tour the apartment. Got there a few minutes late but nothing too bad and...there was no leasing office. The symphony building has no leasing office according to one of their residents (something they don't put anywhere in their website or inform you about). I had to call the leasing from a number the resident gave me where they told me, yes, they don't have a leasing office and that someone would have come to meet with me. THEN, they had the... audacity to tell me that they canceled my viewing because their texts and emails had gone unresponded. Checked my phone and the only thing I had from them was an email 2 hours prior reminding me of my tour. The lack of leasing office (possibly a maintenence team) on site is very strange. And even if the communication could have been better, the location really takes the cake. Homeless camps all around. There is absolutely no parking and the pictures of this place never show you a view of the front for a reason. Overall, I didn't even need to go inside to know this place isn't worth the hassle.
