Absolutely terrible

It's somewhat cheap because the property doesn't get managed at all. They might respond your complaint but will push back repairs. The whole apartment is infested with roaches and filled with black mold everywhere. It's always hot and humid in warm/hot days. The halls are ugly too. The parking lot is full of broken down cars as well.
