In the bar/restaurant industry? This place is a perfect place to call home!

My building is great! Great managers, wonderful location, huge floor plans. Each apartment has newly updated wood floors and kitchens. Most have vintage claw foot tubs. My apartment specifically has a large entry way that fits exercise equipment with room to space as well as a huge walk in closet... this opens to the living room with high ceilings with a craftsman style finish and large windows with a partial view of downtown. It's rented as a studio but the "office" space fits my queen size bed , dresser and side tables with room to spare. large kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances and lots of storage space.

Additional amenities include two washer and dryers in the basement as well as a large work space in the basement and storage. Pet friendly! A balcony on each floor in the front and back.

An additional perk: Everyone who lives in this apartment complex is also in the restaurant and/or bar industry which is great if that is your kind of business. If you come home late - no big deal! The building, considering, is very well insulated with very understanding neighbors. Quiet!

There is a view of the space needle directly out the front door with it being a block away! The building is on a ton of bus lines (D, 32, 8, 13, etc) and a stones throw from the heart of lower Queen Anne as well as a ten minute walk to Belltown and Pike Place Market. An ideal location for a 20-30 something who wants to live in the city but on a great little street.

I highly recommend the Uptowner!! Cheers!
